Behind every system of wealth, enterprise or family responsibility stands a person making decisions. The character 人 reminds us that stewardship begins with the formation of the individual who holds the responsibility. Discernment, steadiness and responsibility are developed over time through experience, reflection and relationships.
A word often used in everyday conversation when something can be entrusted with confidence. It describes a state where responsibilities are handled with care and clarity, and where others can feel assured that what has been entrusted will be stewarded well.

REN Sovereign is led by a multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in entrepreneurship, education, finance and strategy, working together to advance conversations about stewardship, leadership and long-horizon responsibility.
Audrey is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of PlayMoolah, where she pioneered the concept of Financial Emotional Resilience. Her work spans financial wellbeing, entrepreneurship and impact ecosystems. At REN Sovereign, she leads the direction of the work and the development of its stewardship frameworks.
Gerald works at the intersection of venture strategy, organisational design and founder–investor alignment. Over more than two decades across Asia-Pacific innovation ecosystems, he has supported founders, investors and institutions through critical inflection points in company building.
He co-founded Inzen Studio, later acquired by ASX-listed iCandy Interactive, and previously led the Singapore–MIT GAMBIT Game Lab, a joint research and commercialisation programme between MIT and Singapore’s national research ecosystem.
At REN Sovereign, he shapes strategy and convenes conversations around leadership, capital and stewardship.
Philip Chow brings over three decades of institutional investing experience across global fixed income, macro and multi-asset strategy. He began his career in 1992 during the sterling ERM crisis and the 1994 global bond selloff, early experiences that shaped his focus on liquidity, policy credibility and regime change.
He spent more than two decades in London’s institutional markets and the past fifteen years in Asia, navigating cycles including the Asian Financial Crisis, the Global Financial Crisis and COVID-19. He previously served as Managing Director at GIC and held senior investment leadership roles at firms including Amundi and Fullerton.
As Chief Investment Officer, he contributes a long-horizon perspective on capital markets and the stewardship of capital across generations.
